    I was a guest at Star Dust Motel and when I check out of the room I noticed my car was not where I had parked it. That when I asked the front desk clerk did she have any information about what could have happen to my car she explained to me that she **** know anything about it. So I then insists that she contact the owner she was informed from the co owner that she was unaware about any towed or anything. It was confirmed that the ower got it towed which I dont know wat is the reason for why my car was towed because there isn't any parking sign postal anywhere on the property for illegal parking or unattended parking. I NEED ANSWERS PLEASE

    We are unable to distinguish if our facility towed your vehicle. Please provide year, make and model of vehicle and date that vehicle was presumed to be towed by our facility.  Deran's Towing SVC has not towed any of the vehicles that was in the attached picture.  We have also contacted the owner of the Star Dust Motel and they are not aware of any vehicles that have been towed from their facility.

    Here is the description of my vehicle that was towed without my acknowledgment/permission or was the towed request from Star Dust Motel Listed below is my Making Chevrolet Model Malibu LT **** 2009 Color Grey 4 Door Vin # *****************

     ******* Towing Service is contracted with the ************************* to provide towing services.   Vehicle was towed as requested by the *************************. Letter was sent to last registered owner of the vehicle by the ************************* to notify owner of location of vehicle and charges incurred.  No response was received to the notification.  As result of no response to notification, an authority to demolish vehicle was issued (see attached copy).
