    We were relocating from ******* out west and wanted to get snow chains in case of unexpected storms. Upon placing our order, this was disclosed and we were told they ***** the product, which takes app 3 days. We placed an order on 12-11-2024 and upon researching tracking info, read that the product was in a large city in *******. By 12-16-2024 it had not arrived to our home. We were departing for our long roadtrip on the 17th of December and moving across the country. We contacted the Tire Chains company and explained we needed to cancel the order, that they had ample time to deliver the product, or have the items returned and refunded; that they had NOT arrived on time, and we no longer owned the home. We were told by **** ******* he would handle it himself. Apparently he did not. We have documented calls to Tire Chains on Dec 16, 17 and 18, 2024. Well, 45 days later the product seemingly appeared at the home now owned by someone else. This is a ***** problem, and **** failed to cancel or have the chains returned to their warehouse. We never got a refund, and called Tire Chains and talked to ****. He said he did "what he was supposed to do". We filed a dispute with our bank.We called and got the owners name, **** ******** and we spoke on the phone. He seemed receptive to the situation, but asked if we could help him get his product back, as it appeared to have been delivered. We reached out to our realtor and tried to help. Mr. ******** was very rude and defensive that he was "out product now" and we explained that we were the customer and did everything we were supposed to do. He yelled at us that he "see's we have already filed a dispute with our bank" and we "should not have ordered chains if we were moving" and he hung up on me. His manner was truly unprofessional, however, as a customer, we did what we needed to do, and trusted his employee, who claimed it would be taken care of. We requested a refund and have not received it to date.
