    Purchased 14 windows from them in April of 2023. Last winter, of 2024, all the windows leaked air all around them and one window wasn't measured right so they just filled in with some window material. We have tried many times to get them to come back and make it right, as we have a limited life time warrenty on the windows. They have yet to come look at them. We have finally had to purchase all new windows from a reputable company rather than be cold thru another winter. They simply would not come back to check their work. Our feeling is that it is more of an installment issue than a window issue, but they will not come fix it or return our calls. Certainly would not recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is nonexistent. We lost approximately $ ***** on those windows and now after 2 years have to do it all over again.
