    I took my truck in to get fixed because it felt like the brakes were hanging up. They replaced calipers and brakes which fixed the problem for about a couple weeks then started doing it again so took the vehicle back waited 2 and half hours for to get told there not sure what the problem is it might be something in the rear end and to leave the vehicle there so they could tear it apart and diagnose the problem that they dont know if it was that or not. Im not the first ******** that this has happened to when buying a vehicle from them and problems happening right away with the vehicle. I dont think they inspect there vehicles before they sell them and if they do its not very well. Now I have to pay for parts and labor from the first time I took it out that didnt even fix the problem to begin with. Also read some reviews that a ******** was told by an employee that they dont inspect there vehicles very well.

    I was sold a car on five ten two thousand twenty four from js Auto for ******** + tax, license, and fees. During the test drive the car shut off at a stop and the sales man said it was OK. The day after getting the car home it started turning off when coming to a complete stop and then having a hard time getting going again. I contacted business several times to get help and they refused, finally they pd ****** to see if there was a recall. Was told it needed a new torque converter and a new transmission, *******. Was told on Sept. 16, 2024 that I was stuck with the car that I can't drive or pay for a new Trans. That I cannot afford. I have spent 3.5 months trying to get a compromise from these people who say customers are #1 and have gotten nowhere. Today Sept 16th I asked that we exchange for a car of equal value and was told it was to much work. I make ******** a year and support a child with special needs having a dependable car is essential and now I will be paying for one I cannot drive for the next five years.

    I visited J's on September 21 and was intending on purchasing a vehicle. During the negotiation process, I was assured that my credit would not be checked for loan information until I agreed to purchase the car. I ended up deciding not to buy the vehicle and I was told my credit information was not submitted. A week later, I received two different loan application responses in the mail that I did not submit and were submitted by J's on my behalf. Thus, without my approval, J's submitted my credit information and have caused negative impacts to my overall credit.
