This complaint is for the location at (**************************************************************)(case #MHMH001339)I never got to enter the court room for any of the hearings. Me and my ex wife who had jobs at the time had to remain in the Orange City Court House hallway for up to 3 hours while they talked about sports, current events as well as the top celebrity.loss of wages due to tardy that were excused thank God for understanding bosses. fighting this case for two years was energy draining and the court ordered medication in needle form. cost easy $1500.00 - $3000.00 a month for the wrong diagnoses. Where they said I was bipolar disorder with extreme danger to myself and others. The government did their own evaluation as well. This was however after the court disrespectfully turned down two *******-evaluations documented and approved by another doctor also from Plains Area Mental Health. It is to my knowledge, this new doctor explained that Dr. ************************* loves to and only likes to hand out bipolar diagnoses. When I tried to contact an attorney to file a lawsuit based on the facts that the drug was killing me, and that I also had to choose starving to allow my own kids to eat. They refused to take the law suit claiming it was personal interest and that doing so would harm their own lifestyle and or children. This is court and doctor corruption at it's highest degree.
