      On 12/8/23 I paid for an interior clean only package which was to include a deep vaccum and shampoo. I was scheduled for an hour and a half and paid an extra $25 for having an suv. My appointment only lasted an hour so I was shorted ******************************************************************** clean the carpets underneath. I found this out after putting stuff in my car later in the day when I lifted up my row. I feel as though the company is over charging for services, cheating people out of their money.

      I am rejecting this response because: I already called the day of service to make a complaint. I was only offered to have them come out and finish the job. A job that should have done the first time. Its very difficult to uninstall and reinstall all my car seats. I had already removed them day of service and since reinstalled them. I DO NOT trust their service anymore and I am not going to go through the hassle of the car seats again when I am 7 months pregnant. I thinks its only right I get refunded $30 for the 30 minutes the appointment was shortened, $25 for the suv price - vehicle was not treated correctly for size difference and some of the service price since I didnt get my third row vacuuming or shampooing. This company is ripping people off by charging for services not fully provided.

Your company shorted my service 30 mins, charged for an suv price and package when my third row was not cleaned!!!!! It was not vacuumed or shampooed!!!!! Your company is ripping customers off and cheating them for what was paid for!

      I contacted them to detail our *** and **. They detailed the *** well, but the ** was not detailed on the inside. When I walked into the **, it was not cleaned at all. There was sugar on the counter, food on the side of the cupboards, hair on the seats. I took off my shoes before entering so I wouldn't track dirt in and the feel of dirt instantly were on the bottom of my feet. I took a paper towel across the floor and it had dirt all over it. There was sand and dirt everywhere on the floor and in the seats. They cleaned the outside, but nothing was done on the inside. They charged $700 to detail the inside and out and nothing was done on the inside. I had to clean it myself. I contacted the company to get our money back for the inside detailing that was not done and I was told that they would come back out to clean it. I texted back that we would just like our money back for the inside detailing since my wife already cleaned it. They replied back that they would now they would give us half off on our next detailing. What?!?

      we truly apologize for the inconvenience, we performed the service on the 26th and we had contacted on September 2nd. we offered to" re do it at not cost at all and at your convenience " we are Mobile and we can go any where, at any time, and you responded on the 15th, that was two weeks later but we don't have any issues whit the refund but we have a TERMS and conditions

      "We want you to be satisfied with our service. We are the best detailing service in **********, however we are not perfect. No service offered are guaranteed to completely restore the vehicle to any previous or new condition. We will try our absolute best to restore the vehicle to the best condition possible and with in the constraints of our resources, time, and expertise. If, after the final inspection, you find our service unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concern. 515 Mobile Detailing LLC. will not be held liable for any concerns after 24 hours of job completion or if you did not complete the final inspection with us.

      we want you be satisfied whit this inconvenience, we can re do it your camper interior at your convenience, give you a 50% off if you decided re do the exterior and interior or refund you $ 200.

      also just to clarify we charged you $ 400 for the exterior and $300 for the interior.
