    One month ago I looked online at several vehicles. I called the number on website and confirmed that a certain vehicle was there in the ********* lot. I received a call and had an appointment the next day. When we arrived on the lot our salesman was with another customer which was fine. Another guy had came out to talk to us however he had no clue where the car was nor could he locate the car so he said we need to go to one of the neighboring stores. He came out with keys to drive us but couldnt locate car to take us down. My dad and I walked up and down the lot, mind you my dad has a bad knee and finally after walking up and down lot the other guy finally found the car so we went down the way. The guy had went in and came back out indicating that the car was in detail and we could not see the car. I told him to get a manager and he could get it out of detail, it was supposedly locked and couldn't get it out. Then he comes back and can't so call find the car. First lie! My dad and I left. They then called and said they had car, it was being test drove by someone else. Ok so I took on test drive and my original salesperson that was now free from other meeting. This man was SUPER RUDE. I liked the car, so we went in and did numbers. He meets with manager and comes back with 14% rate, mind you I know my credit and knew this was not even correct. I asked for a vehicle history report, he couldn't provide for me, only what they did in shop. I said no you can get it from the ********** store, he said how can I when that doesnt exist. I am not dumb and knew you could. I even provided the number. Manager comes over and he was then too was super arrogant and told me over and over he couldnt provide this. Finally I said ** leaving, now all of a sudden there was the REPORT. SECOND LIE. I just left and decided that was enough Im not buying anything. DO NOT DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Everything is literally a lie. You will get screwed one way or the other.
