    We had a bad experience recently with an electrical company for a outlet repair needed. We called Zenith Electric for second opinion. We were impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the technician. He found and made the repair. We will contact them again in the future for electrical needs.

    Did not provide estimate for the cost to install 3 ceiling fans. The worker did not mention how much it would cost when he came to our home to do the work. The owner was rude and said you should have just hired somebody off the street. Had they been up front they were charging me $180.00 per fan to install I would have not hired this company. I provided the fans. Owner said they charge $140.00 an hour so if that's your hourly rate why are you charging me $180.00 per fan. They omitted everything and then it took 11 days to get the invoice after paying worker the day work was done. The invoice was hand delivered and they put it in my mailbox. I do not recommend this business because of how they took advantage of me and my wife.

    Hello ****,

    Very sorry for the experience that you had with us. We tried to make it right as best as we could. We tried reaching out several times via phone, email, and text message, offered to lower invoice substantially, revisit the service we provided, with no opportunity to do so.

    We did let you know the cost before starting any work. We do that for every customer and every job before we start. 
    We tried to get your email to deliver the invoice to you as quick as possible which you did not want to give so I had to deliver it via paper copy which took some time.  Which I do apologize for the delay on. 

    There was more to this job than just hanging three fans. You had old k*** and tube in the attic that was damaged (which took a bit to diagnose), that we had to fix to get your fans working properly. Thats what caused the price to be a little bit higher, which you were aware of. 

    I do apologize for the experience you had but I do want you to know I tried to resolve this as best as I could.
