      The seller sent me a metric brake kit for my 1969 Pontiac ********* It is quite obvious that a car of that vintage would be SAE. They won't respond to my repeated emails.

      Ordered a front suspension and brake kit for a 1965 mustang for a rebuild for a custom vehicle that were doing I own a shop. We do this every day all day for the last 35 years.That was sent. Had multiple defective parts. Contacted the company multiple times with no response.Had to spend a total of 600+ dollars to get parts repaired that failed hours after installation After no response, file complaint with credit card company and of course they responded to that immediately. I still havent received any responses.Please understand that the parts provided for this vehicle were crucial safety items. Also steering brakes suspension.They will also be reported to the ****************************

      I am rejecting this response because: ************ just responded to my credit card company and said that since I did not complain. Was it a certain amount of time that my complaint wasnt valid?

      The parts were charges last year on ***** You guys sold them to me outside of **** thats another violation. I just thought of that Ill be reporting you guys to **** for selling outside of *****
      I have credit card receipts. I have the credit card dispute response from you guys with my address with the exact kit I ordered.

      Thats not how it works when you build custom cars it takes years to build custom cars. In this case it took a year.

      And I guess you guys really dont get it do you this is never gonna stop on my end. You almost killed my kid with your defective parts that failed. 
      You guys are selling faulty, suspension and brake kits. 
      I will never stop ever until I die. 

      But you know what you Can you try to weasel out of it. This is not going to be a  Bad review on **** Google reviews better business reviews its nothing comparable what Im about to do Ive been in the car business for 20 years I dont manufacture parts so of course I still order parts. 

      I have another federal investigation open on your company as a Friday with the NHTSA. 

      Also, the ********** **************************** will be picking up the vehicle from my shop sometime this week

      But nothing else has to be done. I thank you the Better Business Bureau is always been a very reliable resource. If you look at the other complaints, theyre all the same. Everyone that complain about this company on the Better Business Bureau is the same thing.

      I have other agencies involved now Ive been in the automotive business for 20 years. I know everyone this place is going to get shut down. Not by me by the government agencies that regulates safety again this company is selling subpar critical system, car parts telling you to go pound sand or not answering the phone or not accident text also noted they lied to *********** I already contacted ***** and provided ***** with email. Correspondence text correspondence, phone call that was never answered or returned so when this company lied to my credit card company, I have the proof now they have the proof

      06 07 23 Hello BBB I am filing this compliant regarding purchase a service agreent ***** contract on 05 19 23 that did not sovle my issue after over 10 calls, Invoice ********* GEARHEAD USA open case ******** would like that refunded as well as other case. I am not satified with the service. would like a full refund $***** My complaint the router should continue to function for the purpose it was purchased for. I get bluffing and drop the internet.I confirmed with ******* it's not the internet but my router. I am requesting a replacement router and return for the service agreement fee related to NetGear Router Model R6250 S/N 3DKE817SA11E4. I understand it's out of warranty.thank you

      I bought from them off of **** and was unable to get them to resolve my returning them , the company claims to accept returns, I am very unhappy with ** trying to talk to them , no respect , no help to honor a policy advertised , very unethical,

      Bought a specialty item, **** **** Quail radiator cap, on 9/25/22, under order number ****, I paid $62.97 To this day the company refuses to offer a refund, update or status of order.They are not responding to phone call, email, and/or texts.I want the item i paid for or a full refund.

      I ordered a power brake booster from this company on 8 18 22. The payment was immediately withdrawn from my bank account. I have not received a confirmation of the order nor shipping information. Now I have tried to contact the company for two days by email and by phone emails have went unanswered and now the phone has been disconnected.

      On 04/05/2022, I ordered a set of ********* *********** headers for $1,500.00 from the gearhead enterprises/world website. On 04/08/2022 they withdrew the monies. The website stated **** days for shipping. On 04/15/2022, I emailed them requesting a tracking#, on 04/19/2022, I recieved a response stating that the manufacturer had contacted them and stated it would be 6-8 weeks for shipping. I have sent emails, texted, ********* and called them after the 6-8 weeks to get a tracking#, there phone number tells you to text or go to the website and send a email and they'll respond within ***** hours. As of 06-23-2022, I have not had reply from this company. After my concerns with the delay and response to my email regarding the delay, I checked with ********* Headers in calf. who said "if I ordered from them it would be 4-6 weeks for shipping." So I checked the web for reviews on Gearhead Enterprises (Wished I'd of checked before I ordered). I have made a formal complaint with the **** ************************ and am presently in touch with an attorney seeking action against Gearhead enterprises/world and any other allias names they use obtain justice from them sense they can not supply the product they advertise, or respond to a paying customer. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF THEIR OTHER COMPANIES if you don't want the aggravation of dealing with a company who don't care about their customers and read all the other reviews on the web, I'm not the only person they have stiffed.

      November06,2021 was the original transaction date I ordered a Stamped brake booster and master cylinder. Total price is $187.57 order #**-07863-20240The owner called to ask me if it would be acceptable to send an unstamped brake booster and master cylinder I told him no that was not acceptable to either send the stamped part as ordered or refund my money.To date the owner has not refunded or sent part as ordered. I have text with him on several occasions each time he agrees to take care of the issue that he will refund or send the part and nothing happens.Please help,***********************

      I ordered a steering u-joint and shaft on **** through this company, the u-joint is defective and the seller refused to exchange for a non defective part, eventually wanted me to pay shipping for their bad part, so im stuck with it and have to buy another, as of now refuses to ship a new part or return shipping label, its bad business, the document I attached is from an expert in the field.
