Business ProfileforJimmy Johns

This has to be the worst Jimmy Johns in America, assuming this is just a domestic chain. On this occasion I ordered sandwiches online to pick up since delivery for this location is a nightmare, see below, and was told that they were out of bread and would not be able to make the sandwiches for at least 30 min. Had to promptly cancel. Talked to General manager Zach, and he could not of been more condescending. No apology issued. ordered delivery, driver said they don't have GPS cant find the place, would not answer phone for directions, Called in and talked to Tyler said she is from out of state be patient, ok. waited 45 more min called back in talked to Tyler, he said I will remake the order and drive it there myself. Pulled to the back side of the townhome, called and said I think I am here. I told him to come around to the front door. waited 10 min, called him back no answer, he had left. called the store no one answered for 15 min. Advised I would just drive there, lady said ok but I would have to wait in line and reorder. this all took 2.5 hours, I canceled. No apology. I called and talked to the owner, I would want to know if my customer service based business was operating in this fashion. He could not of been ruder. He couldn't care less about what I was saying. No apology. I have not asked for anything, you could have kept a customer with a simple I am sorry. I have posted a review on google and so has my girl friend. Neither of those reviews are still on google. I reached out to Jimmy Johns on both Facebook and twitter with no response. I will go out of my way, to make sure that I share my horrendous experience on any platform I can.
