    07/07/2022, 07/01/2022, 06/29/2022 these three set of dates are the dates my issues occurred, this is my community internet provider, i work from home, so myself and my job depend on this service to be up and active, these three dates the whole community lost internet due to "wires being cut" no other reasoning for all three occasions just the one, I could've lost my job because of their "no absentee rule" luckily I didn't, but in the event of these three outages I lost a total of 24 hours, $****** total of pay due to their poor services, yesterday was the most recent occurrence, I requested because of the loss of income for them to apply a credit ( monthly **** being ***** a month) paid in full every month and on time, after making them aware that ive lost a total of ****** for my rent and **** expenses due to their poor services, they texted me to let me know a credit of ***** would be applied to my next months ****, i was irate at the fact ive lost 3 days of work and a total of ****** for my expenses due to them and all they had to tell me that my frustrations were worth *****, this is unacceptable, my lively hood has been put on the line a total of 4 times this year (dates up above are just the most recent, also in less then two weeks time frame) i would like more then just ***** to be applied to my account as a credit.

    I want to preface this with the fact that I am a Software Engineer for a massive financial corporation and in IT for 20+ years. I've worked for an ISP like this before. I am immensely disappointed that the ONLY provider I have to choose from is this debacle of a company: NexGen Connected Communities (high speed internet services). Their customer portal regularly and conveniently (for them) locks me out every time I go to pay. I am forced to reset my password EVERY time I go to use the customer portal and half the time their system doesnt work and I have to call. They've assessed late fees for me because I can't get in their stupid portal to pay on due date, and dont have time to wait on hold to get them to help and I end up late. You can say I should pay before the last day, I am now, but I shouldn't have to. That money should be in my account, earning interest, until I decide to pay on the due date. I not only lose that, I have had to pay them extra at ****x what I also lose in that cash being invested.Automatic payments? Ha ha, I've tried to set that up 3 times, their system will not do it, though I give it everything it needs and wants. I have no time to wait on hold to call for help. They have repeatedly caused me to have to call and wait on hold for minimum 10 mins and sometimes upwards of an hour. Their automated phone systems have failed almost every time to help me recover password. I don't have time to go through recovery with their tech every time I make an attempt to pay my ****. The password recovery tools are junk and do not work 1/2 the time. The internet service itself is ok, but nowhere near the speeds I expect on the TOP TIER FIBER offering for both up and downstream data speeds. Also, I was billed for internet for two apartments when I moved within my building. They refused to alleviate the undue charges, and I had to double pay them for a month. If you have a choice, don't rent from places with this provider for internet.
