    estimate number - 2304-1410-4380 They gave an estimate and I added caulking ($200.00) to the job as well. They came did the job a month later the calking is not holding to the wall. I sent pictures and I was told it was going to be redone as time permits. Has been 3 months and nothing. I called and **** says she is tired of not having the owner (****) not addressing the problem. When I said I would reaching the media (and I am) he called me and in unprofessional matter with no customer service oriented has said that I should explain to him what is wrong with when I already had. 3 months and nothing. He has come up excused for a job bad done it.

    Mr ***** called me, ***************************, on this date and began yelling about an unresolved issue. I had to ask multiple times who I was speaking with, and he kept telling me that I was supposed to have a text from my secretary, rather than telling me who he was. The text was sent to me at the same time as his phone call, so he allowed time to see the text or to look into the matter. Mr ***** also generated this complaint less than one hour after the phone call, again not allowing any time to inquire about what had been done to rectify his issue. The crew had been directed to return several months prior and until this date I believed his issue was resolved. 

    Mr ***** began demanding deadlines on follow-up and hung up the phone. Again, since I believed the matter had been resolved and Mr ***** wouldn't provide any time to look into the matter, the complaint is extremely premature. If he had allowed time for an inquiry with our team about if they had followed up about the sealer or if it was inadvertently overlooked. However, Mr ***** generated a complaint without providing us any time to resolve the matter as we always do. 

    Mr ***** will be contacted about the issue, and it will be resolved. We regret that he didn't allow time to research and rectify the issue prior to generating a complaint.

    I have added as attachment the text messages exchanged reporting the issue on 08/14/2023 and also the pics of the crew when came to fix it on 10/24/2023.

    The fix on 10/24 is satisfactory to me.
