    I ordered and paid for a custom piece in July of this year. I still have not received the item. I was told two weeks that it was shipping and it still has not arrived. I have not heard anything back from the seller and I have not received shipping information.

    Purchased a trash bin cabinet from Herbs Handy Work on June 22, 2025. Their website indicated a 4-6 week turnaround time. Emailed and called on August 12 (7 weeks after purchase) and was told via email they were targeting shipping the cabinet by week's end (on August 15). No shipping confirmation sent and no product was received. During the week of August 24, 2025, I emailed twice and left 3 voice messages to find out when I should expect my cabinet. Ghosted - no reply. It has been 10 weeks since I purchased this cabinet - well beyond the turnaround time posted. I would like my cabinet shipped this week.

    I ordered this cabinet in January 2025. It was delayed for months and did not arrive until May. When it arrived, it was substantially damaged. The drawer front was broken into pieces, the sides were dinged, and the bottom attachment board was broken, creating a loose hinge. It does not tilt smoothly because of the loose hinge, which is the main point.

    I immediately contacted the business to request replacement parts. They said they were shipping the parts. I followed up several times and they assured me they would ship a replacement but it has never arrived and it has been over three months. I paid $810 for this cabinet. I am requesting a partial refund so that I can pay someone else to fix it.

    I placed my order after emailing with a member of the business who assured me they could produce the storage cupboard I was looking for. Reviews said they were slow but the end product was great. That was late February. I've reached out to them by email ( their preferred method) and am told it takes 6-8 weeks. The last response I got from them 2 weeks ago, after I said I was contacting BBB was that they were shipping it out by weeks end. I've asked for confirmation, shipping info and a tracking# and have gotten no response. I just want my cabinet or my money back if they can't deliver. BUT I really want the product.

    I would like to let you know that everything with Herbs Handiworks has been resolved.  My cabinet finally arrived although with a broken top.  I reached out to them and they quickly sent me a new top for the cabinet.    Their service is extremely slow but overall the handmade wood cabinet they made for me is very nice albeit rustic.  You may close this complaint.

    I ordered a trash can cabinet July 6, 2024. The business website states it takes 5-6 weeks for delivery. It is now September 29, 2024 and the cabinet has not been delivered.
    I have tried emailing and calling the business and there is no reply.

    Hi Sent an email to ****** and received the updated delivery address she needed. I also apologize for the error in not getting this responded sooner. Shipping information has been sent and UPS estimates delivery on Thursday.
