Dealership sold a vehicle knowing that particular model and make had serious defects, and safety issues. Said vehicle had been in their shop several times until they simply just refused to deal with it any further. Dealership sold an extended warranty for vehicle that covered their dealership among others to perform certified repairs on covered services on said vehicle. Vehicle has now become a safety hazard to my family and myself. There are many warning lights on in the dash. NUMEROUS repairs have been performed by another certified dealership outside of our local area. Manufacturer has been contacted and buy back filed. They refuse to do so. Original dealership did NOT mention that opportunity in good faith or time when the opportunity would have been beneficial and warranted to customers. I have nearly been killed in said vehicle. It would be fair for dealership to now take accountability for unethical sales practices. This dealership prides their business on family safety and values. I have reached out to them with no return contact whatsoever. No return phone calls, nothing. I would be satisfied with a refund, or a brand-new replacement of another brand in my choice with another extended warranty of same value. I am however willing to obtain legal counsel in which I have already consulted to review my consumer rights.
