    I hired Satva.io to help create a new website for 2 companies that I own. These websites were designed to be attached to their back end software. Over the course of the work together, I found that the quality of the work was subpar. That the owner of the company made promises and showed examples of work that wasn't what they delivered. My concerns were never fully addressed. We spent ample time sending revisions that weren't fully handled. The back end was not set up to run the business properly. And no work was ever started on the second personal brand contract. *** offered to refund this money, but then decided not to when I shared the level of disappointment and mis trust I had in her and her company and team and their product. *** made promises that the software would do things that it was not in fact capable of doing. I have reached out to *** on multiple occasions to try and find an amicable solution and she has refused. In addition, I have doubts about whether their contract is legal. None of the work completed by *** or her team is usable for the company moving forward.I am requesting a full refund of the funds paid to this company. This will not cover the extensive amount of time, effort and headache that has been lost by me and my team of trying to work with them over the last almost 2 years, but I would consider this an amicable resolution.
