            I purchased a Banzai *********** Sprinkler for my disabled grandson 8/2/2022 from a major retailer. I did not open the box to use it until the weather became very warm. To my surprise and grandson's major disappointment, it would not inflate due to the discovery of a large hole approximately 12 inches in length. It ****** is a manufacturer's defect. I contacted the store who said it could not be returned to them because it is outside of their return/exchange policy. They provided me with a number to call but the person that answered said they're not the same Banzai company and are not associated with them in any way. The Banzai company, maker of the item I had purchased, is impossible to contact and the site does not provide the information. I only want what is fair and right, replace, exchange or repair. I can contact the retailer for proof of purchase if necessary. It's amazing to see all of the similar complaints but not a single resolution and the retailers still order and sale Banzai products.

            Can't even contact them! My sons waterslide popped in a section not touching the ground, not at a seam, and not even while it was in use and it's only 2 months old. The website redirects you in a circle and the phone number associated with the company isn't in service! I paid $400 for a product to last 2 months and can't even get in touch with the company about the warranty!
