    I purchased a promotional facial from this business. After the facial was completed, they put me in a room and told me that I needed to purchase a VIP Package. The package either had to be paid in full or a payment plan. The payment plan presented was 'Affirm', and said I needed to be 'pre-approved'. In reality, I was signing up for a credit card that was paying in full the amount on this package. On the iPad I was presented with a 'contract', there was a section that said this amount is paid in full and I checked 'No'. When I hit submit, an error was thrown and the consultant changed the 'No' to a 'Yes' without my consent. Upon cancelling this package, it is stated I cannot receive a refund as I signed this in the 'contract'. This contract did not state anywhere that there was a no-refund policy nor was it verbally said to me. I requested a refund and they denied me stating that I agreed to this in the signed 'contract'. I asked for proof of what I signed and where that it says this, and they did not provide me with this documentation. Also, the credit card that they opened does not use my legal name or address. The consultant told me that she was including products without charge to be 'nice'. I have no opened or used any of the products. They are charging me full price for these items.

    I attempted to cancel my subscription with them. They stated that I signed documents stating that I can not break the contract. I have not received the services and the product that was giving, I was told was a gift. I have not used any product that was given to me. They will not allow me to cancel. This is against my rights and is against the law to charge me when I have not received the service.
