    ********************** currently being kicked out of my home at ****************** been having trouble lost my job so I contact ****** at Pyramid property trying to communicate telling them Im having struggles I text ******* telling her Im looking for a new job, nobody answer the phone emails or any communication, I reached out to the main office no answer. So now because my rent is late their adding penalties usually Im 3 days late this month I paid on the 8th when I received my notice but when I paid and even showed her I have the money but because i lost my i.d at work needed to file for a new one still ignored said you have to the 8th Im like well I cant deposite a check without an i.d so I borrowed money to pay them but paid on the 8th-19th after my notice it was 970 on the 7 and 19 on the 8th 120 on the on 9th but because transactions fees I brought me short 10 dollars a piece tried call even before I got the letter stating I need to vacate the property because the payment was pending but no answer. Ill be homies because no care and them being racist also they treat you like c***

    ZERO STARS!!! This company is very sketchy and racist. Its so difficult to schedule showings with them as they only seem to do so during normal peoples work hours. They've scheduled showings with me where I had to get my entire family out of school/work to make their appointment all for them to cancel the showing just hours before the scheduled time. Additionally, they show their properties with several families at the same time as if it's a jackpot prize and then when the hispanic woman shows up to show the property she's not professional and seems very unhappy to be there to show it as if you're a nuisance and then they only choose a family that is their same nationality. They've also text me trying to schedule a showing asking when i'm available, i reply and as i'm waiting for their reply they send a message saying the property is no longer available. This is terrible business and i will never attempt to do business with this company again after several instances with them. They've also falsely advertised their name in some ads pretending to be another rental company so i inquire only to learn that its the same sketchy company Pyramid Property Solutions. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

    We don't show a *********************** anywhere in our system, accusing a company of being racist is a pretty serious charge. For someone who doesn't want to rent from us it appears they sure were trying to rent from us.

    This company ordered a maintenance crew to remove all my belongings at my condo garage where I live. When this awful mistake was finally out in the open I saw a photo of my property in a dumpster. Only about 3/4 of my belongings have been recovered and Juan, Lizette and the owner of the other unit with the same # - different building - are responsible and refusing to pay the value of my property that has been lost.

    NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I give it ZERO STARS. THEY ARE CRIMINALS

    ***** was compensated on a deal she accepted and above and beyond that we donated $350 to her church. We learned she is a member of status at said church, despite that she has done nothing but text racial slurs and obsenities....plus apparently slander us in public forums like this.
