    Dwolla is used by ******* and I never get my money on time. Dwolla holds it for 2 more days or more to make interest. It is quite frustrating and very unprofessional.

    Earnest money for purchase of home through Dwolla client Berkshire Hathaway submitted. Transactions was not consummated. Earnest money refunded in full. Multiple requests for completion of 1099 K. This is not income. Customer service unable to compute that $10,000 submitted, less $10,000 refunded equals zero.

    My company's experience with Dwolla has not been very good. We had been using them for ~4 years and they decided to cut off access to our account (along with holding some of our company's funds) with only a very generic statement as to why and refused to communicate with us. We tried to reach out to them for a few days repeatedly and they would not respond to us at all or explain why they cut us off. Within an hour of me making a public post after a few days of trying to contact them, they finally reached back out saying they'll return our funds but would not explain why and refused to explain ANY of the situation to us. They completely ghosted us. They left us and some of our customers hanging without any explanation. I would not recommend.
