    Purchased a zebra printhead that included a warranty. The printhead failed due the manufacturer defect after 10 days use. Advanced automation said they could not provide a replacement under warranty until the manufacture approved it. I Purchased a second identical, print head to get the label printer up and running in a timely manner. Advanced automation has failed to provide a refund for the failed product.

    The part warranty is with the manufacturer, Zebra Technologies. We facilitated the warranty and are at the mercy of the manufacturer as to when the warranty is approved and processed. Our records to indicate that a PayPal refund was issued on 12/20/20203 in the amount of $128.04. I have attached proof from our system and confirmation from PayPal as well.
