              U opened an account which fell under their promotion. It states specifically that at 60 days the account will be validated. I opened my account 6/6/23 which made the 60 days Friday 8/4/23. I had a positive balance on this day which was required, met the direct deposit requirements and met the 25 debit transactions. It stated the $250 would be added to the account within 75 days which would have been 8/19/23. When I contacted them I received no help. I want what was offered to me upon sign up. My account was also opened in person which was required and funded $400 when the required amount was $25.
