      The solar Panals System I had Wuekuhlelf installed on June on or around the 18th 2024 and turned on July 11 2024 had several panals that turn off at random times. I have contacted Wulfekuhle 7 times about this problem starting July 22.I was told they would look at it but never had anyone show up or contacted me. On Aug 10 I contacted Enphase the manufacture of the of the inverters and they tryed to remote reset the panals. this didnt fix the problem so I recontacted Wuekuhlelf and got we will check into it. Aug 21st I sent them screen shots of the panals and the ones that were not working right still no replays. On Aug I called Enphase and disgust the problem which they recomened I have the sys looked at because the sys was turning off because of high voltage over 266V on a 240 line. I forwarded that email to Wuekuhlelf and got a phone call for them saying the sys was working which I had to tell them to look at the panals and that showed the problem. Was told again some one will come look at it and still never hear a word. It worked most of the time from September until last week 11-17-2024 and now is turning off panals again most days. I was informed by Enphase that because of the high voltage it may void the 25-year waranty. I need this problem resolved and haven't wished to spen the money to have someone else come out and repair but will have to be done soon

      We have been in direct contact with the customer on the repair of the solar array. Dec 4th, 2024 we installed the equipment needed to manage the utility high voltage range which was triggering the microinverters safety shut down feature, causing some panels not to produce until voltage was within range. We will continue to monitor the site, but as of today, all panels are operating at normal production.
