    Window World representative visited our church March 6, 2022 to measure to obtain an order for windows. The contract states the windows would arrive in 5-6 weeks. I was informed some of the windows were a special order and would take 12 weeks. I paid for the windows in full on March 6, 2022. Part of the windows were installed in the late summer of 2022. After another 3 months of waiting for the final windows to be installed, I began contacting Window World for the status of the installation of the windows. On November 11, 2022 I was informed the windows were in their facility and the job would be scheduled. On February 1, 2023 I followed up again, and again was told it was a scheduling issue. I was given the direct phone number to the installer. Upon contacting him, he said he would be contacting me soon to schedule the install. On April 11, 2023 I contacted Window World and requested a refund due to breach of contract . The Representative assured me, I would be contacted soon for the installation. On May 2, 2023 I contacted Window World to again request a refund due to breach of contract. They stated the installer would be contacting me. On May 2, **************************** to schedule the install for May 4, 2023. The installer arrived May 4, 2023 at 8:30 AM, around 8:35 AM he informed me that they could not install the windows due to the interior access point and they did not have a ladder large enough to reach the windows. Then he alleged our church sign impeded their ladder being placed to install the windows. I requested a refund, he stated they could not give me a refund because the company would lose the money on the window because it was a special order.

    A representative of our company from the customers area has reached out to him.   Between the two of them they are setting a time for our representative to visit the customer to replace the sash and broken vent lock.  We apologize for the delay on our part.

    Window World did come out to replace the sashes.  They did not bring the correct sash. This happened the last time they came out.  I was told they could not order specific sashes.  I was informed they would bring the sash when one comes in.  The issue is not resolved.

    r follow up. 5/12/22 I texted **** to set up a time for 2 remaining sash replacements. No response. 5/17/22 I called Window World - *** receptionist apologized again but said **** is the only one who can replace ******. She said she would send him another email to follow up. I did let her know this was the last time I would be calling them. No response from Window World/****. I would like the2 remaining replacement sashes.

    We apologize for any delay or miscommunication.   A Window World representative reached out to the customer and was dispatched to the home on October 6.  Any issues were resolved at that time with the exception of one window sash needing to be reordered.  It has been ordered and will be delivered to the customer upon receipt.  We appreciate the customer's patience while we await its arrival from the manufacturer.
