Sport Truck Specialties is the worst custom truck company I have worked with across 7 states and 4 trucks now over the past 10 years. The service technicians at this company are the worst I have ever seen and their office managers and staff are deceptive liars who only try to make more money. Upon picking up my vehicle after my appointment, I realized that the wheel caps for the Rough Country wheels I ordered were cracked from overtightening the ***** bolts, the front bumper was installed incorrectly and was crooked by about 2 inches, the entire front light bar was never even wired, and there was damage to both the front and rear bumper that I purchased. Furthermore, all of the parking sensors that comes standard on the Laramie RAM were not functioning, the dash says to see a dealership every single time I start the truck, and my check engine light is on. Sport Truck Specialties, who has since been paid for their absolutely terrible work, will not return phone calls or remedy their poor work. However, their entire team is absolutely terrible now from the office staff to the technicians. I have spoken over the phone with ***** and ****** nearly a dozen times, and every single time I tell them who I am, they tell me that they will have to call me back and hang up and that process has been going on for two months now. I have not once received a phone call. All of my front light bars are still not even wired, my front and rear parking sensors all do not function, the check engine light is on, the dash says "see dealership", I have brand new $6K wheels with cracked caps, and they removed my previously installed underglow kit and never replaced it. I will never conduct business with this company again and it is in your best interest to steer clear of them. They are very overpriced and their work is that of a chop shop. Do not waste your money or risk letting them work on your truck.

****, slanderous/libel accusations as an attempt to harm our business is completely out of line and cowardly. Unfortunately, the ****** Review platform doesn't require fact checking before allowing posts... $6k wheels? You paid $280 each. Broken wheel caps? Remember when you called and asked us to order new caps because YOU broke them by over tightening them when you retorqued the wheels? Guess not. Front bumper installed 2'' out of alignment? The bumper was 1/4'' out of alignment before we re-adjusted it the next day. Now you claim you have a check engine light on, that has nothing to do with bumpers or bumper sensors. Speaking of bumper sensors, you yourself acknowledged when the truck came to us your right rear bumper sensor and wiring harness was previously melted due to the heat from your exhaust outlet mod. "removed your underglow system"? We already explained the under bumper light strip was corroded and unusable. Spent "nearly $20k at STS"? Yet another lie, ****. Sending your Dad in to see us with his head full of misinformation to threaten our staff by stating "give him what he wants" "you don't know what **** is capable of", yet another out of line move ****. The last time you were at STS you thanked us for readjusting the bumper and touching up a minor finish blemish. Seems like classic buyers remorse, or are you just trying to bully us into fixing your previously damaged sensor system and have us pay for the wheel caps you broke? Committing slander and defamation can have serious legal repercussions, consider your next public statement carefully.
