"biolife I was deffered coming in the door for my 2nd appointment when i provided all l my info they said i couldn't donate said theres a mistake they said yes there is i felt it was suspect so I ask to speak to management they got upset as I asked for a grievance they left me in a room for about hr to make up a story n deferr me as they told me i could get an express pass for the miscommunications on there system some1 didnt enter initially so they passed me in line of management to try get me a pass 1 ********************* said i would recieve then his boss ***** said no respect to other then i said what about respect for my appointment 30min late for they mistake then she got another management he just made everything up and made an issue of confrontation about i dont know yet so i recorded the awhole encounter and he got mad and deffered me for doing what he gave me permission to do they shady go in recording the way they are would be best practice safety first."
