    I notified them on 5/10/24 at 1:46pm cst that I wanted my membership cancelled. I then reminded them again on 5/23/24. My doctor told me in March to cancel but I didnt until May. The sauna heat was reacting poorly with my medication and making me ill. The business is located **************************************************************************************************************************************************************** email the document. This business is trying to trap me in this membership and thats not right.ALSO. When I signed up it was only a 3 month membership so in reality I shouldnt have even had to cancel, but I did as you can see from the attached screenshots.

    I have been calling and emailing since the beginning of the year. My account had been on freeze and they had started up my full monthly charge without authorization. I have emails and phone calls all saved. I can also provide and obtain my phone records of any additional times that I have a called them along with the contracts and payments I have made as well that had all fulfilled the contract. I have attached what I have in emails here and can send the voice mail messages as well. I have a voice mail from ***** asking me to go over some things on 05/02/23 at 1:01 pm. She had wanted to confirm that I was cancelling even thou I had sent previous emails and had left a voice mail. I have another voice mail from an associate with no name (stated that they had wanted to follow up from my voicemail) on 07/11/23 at 3:26 pm and that they had me on a freeze for a couple of months and had went back to the billing of the monthly dues at the normal rate without my authorization. But, if I had wanted to cancel that again it would not be an issue and just give them a call back. Even thou I had called and emailed several times to cancel, etc. Spoke with ***** today at 3:50 pm and was told I have a balance of $ 236 + dollars and someone can reach out to me in 1-2 weeks to see if they will be able to do refund ? She had mentioned that it was taken over by new ownership in January. She had sounded very doubtful even thou this had not been my fault at all and have been contacting them repeatedly. I had explained that they could go on the check ins and camera to see I was never there those times and/or even used their gym/or place. Also, mentioned if my payment was late and or not paid...why had no one even reached out to me ? They would let anyone go 3 + months without paying ? Basically, I was always contacting them and when I would contact them during their operational hours they were not available at all. I want this resolved and this is not how you do business.
