    On 8/26/24 I placed an online order, an hour later I called to check on the order, was told it was on its way. Another hour later I called back, they advised they were not sure what happened but there was a new delivery driver and I would need to cancel my order and reorder and have a delivery service deliver the food. i declined and asked for a refund. The person at the store said she was not able to do a refund and would need the manager to call me. A little while later I received a call from the same person I had talked to saying they are giving me a store credit. I quickly advised, this was a group order and I do not want a store credit. If we cant order and get the food delivered, why would I want to order from there again. Said again that a manager would call me. A couple days later I see that the funds had cleared by bank account, along with the tip for the food we never received. I called back again and asked for a manager, the girl whom I had spoke to several times said she was the manager, I said you told me you couldn't do a refund so I need to speak with someone else, she said you have store credit, I advised again, I do not want store credit, you took funds for food that was not delivered, this is thief. She told me that there was no one else I could speak with and to call the corporate office. the person at the store was *******. So I called the corporate office, whom told me I have to file a complaint online. I do so, after a few days of no reply I replied to the email that was sent to me when I filed the complaint. On 9/3/24 I was called and told that the complaint was sent to the wrong store, however they have the same owner and district manager so he would relay it so someone would call me. This never happened, so on 9/6/24 I filed another complaint, I have yet to be contacted about that one. Here is my order info, the funds have cleared by account but I am not able to get refunded.
