    This place is a slum shop the management is not on site and the people doing the work to vehicles are cutting corners and further more causing damage to other parts of the vehicle while fixing the parts youve paid to have fixed. I was called sir while in conversation with ***** at the front desk as I explained my frustration of this being my 3rd time returning to this shop with the same issues pluse new issues that arose while in this shops possession. I felt 100% discriminated against as I am an African American and Spanish woman. I dropped my vehicle off one way and after almost three weeks I had to then bring it back for the third time as my vehicle was not in the condition I left it in and was also damaged further. ***** at the front desk was extremely arrogant and acted as if I had no idea what issues were taking place he also assured me I would not be refunded but that I could again drop my vehicle off a third time and he would get to it as soon as he could. This shop is extremely unprofessional and I believe the shop was racially profiling me my entire experience. If you have a bad transmission I do not recommend this shop as they do not care about single mothers black women or the problems with the vehicle you will be paying more to have an original problem made worse I do not recommend and am seeking compensation for my grueling experience as I have two babies and this was our only vehicle
