    I recently purchased a ****** ****** floor model guitar from this store. The guitar had noticeable blemishes and what appeared to be a small crack along the top seam. Almost all of the high-end ****** guitars in the store have cracks on the tops, so I suggest you investigate whether the employees will take care of the guitars.The worst part: I was not told it was a "final sale" until after the payment was completed and the receipt was printed. If I had known, I would never have bought it - especially with the damage.When I returned to the store, the manager insisted that I was informed of the "final sale" policy, but this is complete ********. No one mentioned it during the transaction. They refused to refund or even offer a store credit.This experience was extremely disappointing. As a customer, I expect to be treated transparently - especially when buying a damaged floor model at full price. This money is important to me and I just want to buy a one and only guitar to last a lifetime, but it is very sad that this happened.
