In May 2025, I began experiencing serious plumbing issues in my apartment managed by One Property Management. It started with the bathroom sink leaking, followed by black sludge backing up into the bathtub that would not drain. I was unable to bathe for several days due to the severity of the issue. Maintenance came multiple times but failed to fully resolve it. A professional plumber was eventually called, and the repair was completed.Despite this, I am now being charged for plumbing damage that I did not cause. This is a shared building, and even the property manager acknowledged that the plumbing is connected across units. The problem appears to be from long-term building issues, not tenant misuse. I kept my unit clean, submitted maintenance requests promptly, and even left my unit unlocked for access over several days.I am requesting removal of this unfair charge. I just want to be treated fairly and not held responsible for damage that was not my fault.

Refund for a $650 deposit. I have not lived at *********** nor have I seen the unit that I am supposed to move into. I have not signed a lease or rental agreement. I did sign the application that stated deposits are not refundable before move in date but my move in date was end of June and has got pushed back twice to July 31st. I was okay with giving the deposit June 5th when my move in date was end of June, I would have not given the deposit June 5th if I need the unit would not be ready until July 31st. They claim that my deposit will now be used to marketing cost of having to take the unit down but the unit was never on the market. I was shown a two bedroom unit that was market not a one bedroom because it was still occupied. Therefore they have not lost any money with marketing and the unit still cant be marketed because of the condition it is in. I am very upset and I will attach emails that have been sent back and fourth. Hopefully I can get help with getting my deposit back or some type of settlement.
