    I purchased an online gift certificate for a 2 person, 2 hour trail ride on Dec. 6, 2024 for $107. I have tried multiple times and multiple ways to reach this company over the course of 10 weeks to set up a time to use my gift certificate but have not been able to reach them. There are many others reporting the same issue.

    I purchased 2 gift certificates for a trail ride. I am unable to schedule a trail ride as they will not answer phone calls, text messages, emails, or messenger messages. The link on their website to schedule is also deactivated. The link to purchase more gift certificates is still active and able to enter credit card numbers. I have been trying for several weeks. I have seen complaints and reviews from others in the same situation who are unable to use the purchased gift certificates. At this point, I would just like my money back. Phones calls are sent to voicemail directing you to text. I have tried several ways of contacting them and have had zero success l.
