************************* (currently d.b.a. Tri-County Enterprises) reroofed my house in 2020 with unacceptable workmanship causing water intrusion and roofing material damage identified in April 2025, requiring exigent repairs.I contacted Tri-County Enterprises multiple times about the unacceptable ****** Construction roofing work with an expectation that they would reimburse the cost of repairs they necessitated. Nothing received as of 08/02/25.Based on the above, ****** Construction performed unacceptable roofing work, is unresponsive to the client, shows no sign of accepting responsibility and has yet to be accountable.Detailed ****** review (consistent with BBB complaint #********) was posted on 07/28/25.Exigent Repairs (from the roofer)Exhaust stack #2 Exhaust stack on backside of upper roof line was letting water in via the collar. Upon digging into this stack and removing cap and collar I found that the previous contractor reused a 14 stack ****** for an 8 stack. They filled the void with a collar and zip screwed the collar to the ****** and the stack in order for it to stay in place. Zip screws failed and stack was free to move 6. Removed shingles and old ****** and found decking was not fixed prior to new roof being installed. Removed underlayment and cut decking back to nearest rafter and cut new decking to properly fit the 8 stack. Covered exposed decking with ice and water shield and installed an 8 ******, collar and cap. Covered with shingles to match.Valley repair Bottom of right-hand side of valley above garage, I removed shingles roughly 4 up and 6 along eave to expose the decking at bottom of valley. Previous contractor slapped tin metal over a 2x2 hole in decking. Dug out rotten wood and debris laying on top of soffits. Installed one 2x4 brace and new 1/2 OSB to bring up to code. Fastened drip edge down installed ice and water to code and properly tied roofing system back together. Hand sealed shingles as needed.

      Hello,

Please remove this review.  This is directed to ****** Construction which is not a DBA of Tri-County Enterprises, Inc.  ************************* is its own LLC.  We never had a chance to address this issue since the customer only contacted Tri-County once repairs were completed by another contractor and asked that we pay for the repairs. ************************* was never contacted. This voids our warranty by not allowing ************************* to identify the issue and make appropriate repairs needed.
