Took car in to have them remove a locking lug that the tire store my son works at could not remove. They said they had to orders something but made appointment for couple days later. My minor son took car there and they could not remove the locking lug but severely damaged the rim. I called and manager tried to say was not them but then reviewed tape and sent to corporate who finally after couple more weeks denied the claim saying the damage was only cosmetic and that they had authorization to do work. Two stupid reasons that will not stand up legally. Cosmetic damage is just as liable as any other. If your corporate legal opinion believes you could ruin paint on a car and dent a fender but claim still usable so not liable for damage, you need a new legal advisor. We also asked to see this authorization that would cover them for damages. It was now a verbal authorization which must have been given by a minor child? Another reason to manage your responsibilities and seek better legal counsel. Replace rim or we will file in court for new replacement and time lost damages. This is worst customer ********************** by a ********************** industry business in a long time.

Had a repair done on the driver rear of the vehicle, shop replaced the wheel seal and due to inadequate repair on the vehicle my truck has suffered a catastrophic failure and the shop has refused to honor their warranty on parts and labor. The vehicle was repaired around ******* miles and suffered the catastrophic failure less than **** miles later.

I had a vehicle repair done at a shop in ************ ****, they replaced a drivers rear axle seal and 4 wheel studs, when they did this I asked them to check over all the other components they had to remove to replace the seal, when they did they stated all the components were in good shape and working order and nothing else needed to be replaced. Once the repair was complete they explained to me that their warranty period was 12 months or ****** miles. ** the time of the repair the vehicle had ******* miles. *** following day my vehicle suffered a catastrophic failure on the assembly that they had worked on and caused excessive damages to the rest of the components and the entire rear axle, at the time of the catastrophic failure the vehicle has ******* miles on it. I contacted the company and asked how they wanted to handle the warranty claim process and they asked me to have the vehicle towed to another shop to confirm or deny that the work they conducted to the vehicle was faulty so I had that done and the shop I had it towed to confirmed that the work they conducted had failed. After 6 days the company that did the work originally called and said that they were not going to honor their parts and labor warranty and that I had to fix the vehicle myself.
