    The contact information I provided is for my 90 year old mom, who was working with Microtron Technologies on 10/14/22 for a Brother printer problem. As part of that phone call they alerted her that her computer was vulnerable and she should purchase protection. She was talked into buying Norton Identity Protection at a cost of $799.99 for a lifetime guarantee. She is 90 years old and doesn't need Norton Identity Protection, and especially should not have been talked into something with such a high price tag when the purpose of her call was for printer support. She has not received a contract or any documentation for this purchase. The payment was processed by GKG *** Services on 10/17/22 with her (ACH) check # ****. I have contacted both billing and customer service (via e-mail, their posted phone number doesn't work) regarding this issue but have not received response. She was taken advantage of when agreeing to the purchase. She lives month to month on a fixed income and can't afford this purchase. I've asked for a refund and told them we would remove any software they installed. I have not heard back. I do note that the Home page on their website says BBB Accredited Business, however, I could not find them in the search when filing this claim.
