NO STARS: This was the first time that I used Posh Pet Resorts to keep my dog while I was on vacation. You must complete a form before you leave your pet. On the form there is a question for grooming while your pet is in their care. I requested a haircut and nail trim. I returned to pick up my dog, I was charged for a cut/nail. Well, my dog didn't receive a haircut. I questioned the manager; I was told that I couldn't have a refund. I could only receive a credit. so, I had to schedule my dog to go back for a haircut (A week later). The manager had a nasty attitude because I questioned her. I brought my dog back for the haircut. I ended up having to pay more money for the haircut when I went to pick up my dog. I went to the site to file a complaint. I wanted to speak to the owner. I ended up speaking with the business manager. She gave me a refund and told me that I could never use their establishment again. All I did was question the staff as to why I was charged for a service that I didn't receive. Then to told that I couldn't receive a refund but a credit. I didn't have an attitude; they had a very nasty attitude towards me. Very disrespectful, no eye contact and just rude.
