    I have attempted to upload our correspondence. Unfortunately, I am unable to size it smaller for submission. I ordered a custom table in February of 2025. There were multiple excuses, over multiple times, of why the table was delayed in delivery. Eventually, when he told me the table was damaged and he wasnt able to deliver.again; I cancelled my order. I paid $2,850.00 (half) up front. He requested the full amount later, but I told him I would pay the remainder upon delivery. Once the ordered was cancelled, he said he was refunding my money. I received $725.00 of the $2,850.00 paid. I tried to contact him for the remaining amount and he is not responding. I wish I could upload the messages back and forth as it would paint a complete picture.

    Client had ordered a custom extanding table.  Over the course of a few months there were delays do to manufacturing of parts being delayed,  items needed for building the table taking longer to be shipped, a hospitalization of a family member and finally warping of part of the table top.  I kept the client in the loop constantly about what was going on.  The client did decide to cancel the order after the warping of part of the table top.  I informed her that I would be giving her a refund for what she paid.  After receiving a text from her that she only received a quarter of what she paid I called her.  She did not pick up and it went to voicemail in which I detailed that as a small business I don't have the ability to pay her back all at once as what she gave me covered the material cost which I couldn't return due to it being a custom table.  I further explained that she will be receiving the rest of the refund over the course of the next three months on the 1st in the amounts of $725, $700, and $700.  I lastly stipulated that if I managed to sell the table to someone else that I would pay her back in full if I hadn't already.  I never received another text, email, or call and figured that was the end of things so I never reached out again.  I have every intention of refunding the full amount and she should be receiving the next payment of $725 on or around August 1st.
