I purchased a rental car from them on Saturday, Oct 22nd and on the contract I signed off to be finished with the car the very next day, Oct 23. The owner told me while signing off the documentation for the rental agreement to simply write down the address of where he can pick up the vehicle and he would come get it before 4pm on Oct 23. What he told me does not reflect what is in his rental agreement which states that I needed to call to return it and tell him where the car is. Which, yes I signed off on that, however; that was NOT reflected in his verbal instructions at signing. I have since been charged for 5 extra days, unbeknownst to me, until I get a charge on my credit card this morning. If he didn't know where the car was, he could have easily called me asking for more information, because clearly there was miscommunication at signing. Instead, he doesn't call me seeking information. I live out of town and was in town for my cousin's funeral. I since returned home and found these charges on my card. With the original agreed pricing of $45 for a day, I have since been charged $533, which $264 of that I was told would be reimbursed to me because that was the insurance coverage I purchased at signing. That $264 has not been reimbursed to me as of yet. He is VERY unprofessional, and will do whatever it takes to sit back, let his customers make mistakes based off of his miscommunication and charge extra as a result. He is a ******** of the highest degree, and very, very unprofessional. I seek a refund in the amount of $224 of the extra days charges, and the reimbursement of the $264.80 insurance coverage.
