    Dec 28, 2023. I emailed Home Managers due to their lack of answering the phone. I tried to call numerous times from 8 a.m. My email stated that if they would fix the weed problem that is hanging over our fence and one dog always barks. The tenant told me that her son in law is mad and will mow the lawn. This should have been confidential. They could have told the tenant that a neighbor is complaining about the one dog. I put one dog. The tenant told me home managers said dogs. I said that I can show her the email. If they answered the phone, this shouldnt have escalated like this. I tried to advise home managers that the house has no address number on the home. We and other neighbors are inconvenienced by the wrong mail and people in our driveway looking for the home. I emailed the company again and said," if they could tell the tenant that I meant ONE dog." Yoshida (manager) emailed back, "excuse me,dont use that tone of voice with me." Is that a threat? Home managers dont care that if we install a fence, the weeds will affect it. It is us that is paying for the fence.Due to the lack of communication, I became the villan. Home managers shouldnt involve tenants with their problems, very unprofessional. Also, Yoshida included her personal feelings in the situation. It had nothing to do with her. There was no reason to say,"its my tenant." the situation had nothing to do with them. childish. The previous tenants had a few dogs. we never complained about them. The point is the weeds. I told the tenant that this has nothing to do with you. She never believes anything I say. I wont talk to her. She doesnt empathize either. I have a witness that this happened if this home manager lies and the situation turns into all about her. Good for her that this is her tenant. We dont bother with them
