    The amount of money I paid for services that were never received nor verified delivered. Over charging. Price gauging. Misrepresentation of fees. Extortion. Fraud. I could could keep going...

    Our managing agent company is agent for the *********** of ********* Owners of ********************* (***********).This allegation is meritless. The complaining person is an owner of a unit at the ***********.  This owner is demanding a refund of his assessments paid to the *********** for common expenses, for items such as utilities,trash/refuse, and landscaping because he does not agree with the assessments that were adopted by the ***** of ********* (and not my office) for the ***********. However, he is obligated, like other owners, to pay his assessments to the *********** pursuant to ****** Revised Statutes Sections 514B-145 and -146.  If you need any additional information, please contact me.  **** ****

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    The business is responsible for collecting fees and issuing and changing policies in collaboration with the board of directors, and has an employee who sits on the board who influences such policies and expenditures. Each year they have raised fees (unnecessarily) without mitigating any costs, thus gouging owners/customers with excessive and exorbitant fees. I am demanding a reasonable reduction and/or refund in fees, as currently the board (working in cahoots) with the business refuses to address the mater, earnestly.

    I, *********************** (Consumer), would like to update this complaint (#********) pertaining to JS Property Management **** of 1962 ************************, ** (Business), as resolved. I understand the complaint could not be retracted or removed according to BBB policies, but I wanted to assure all parties that this matter has been settled and resolved and should not negatively impact their business rating.
