- Cancellations due to weather or initiated by the tour operator are 100% refundable to the client. Cancellations initiated by the client prior to credit card being charged incur no fee. Cancellations initiated by client after their credit card has been charged may receive a 100% credit to apply to other events. If the credit is not used, a 90% refund will be processed on their credit card at the conclusion of their vacation. All changes or cancellations initiated by the client must be made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the event in order to receive a credit or refund. There are no refunds for no-shows. Some tours and activities have a longer cancellation period than 48 hours. Any tour or event involving interisland airfare is ?non-changeable and non-refundable and charged at the time the reservation is confirmed.
