Be very careful about doing business here. Theyll work with you and tell you c*** like, weve been in business for 30 years but fail to mention the the service and quality of goods are rubbish. I bought a pendant from this place, they said it would be custom made. I dont care how custom a t*** is, a t*** is a t*** I have valid complaints about this pendant, was supposed to be silver, maybe it is! but I cant tell. The pendant is split, could be used as a paper clip. Was not cleaned or polished, needless to say there was no quality control before shipping it off. I didnt buy while visiting the shop, but arrangements was made to complete the transaction, CUSTOM MADE. So they shipped it to me, I saw it was terribly made and wanted to send it back to get fixed or get my money back. The owner blows up and basically screams, we dont do returns. So if youre ever planning to do business with these people, I suggest you dont. Its a bad deal here, dont waste your money. FYI, I have made several attempts to either get it fixed or my money back, all attempts failed. Also check Yelp and ****** for other customers reviews.
