I purchased bagels on September 26 and the creator advertised a 3-4 week turn around. That time came and went then I messaged her on Instagram on October 30 Monday about my order she said that she was getting ready for her market prep and that she would ship it out Sunday. Sunday came and went and I still havent received anything about my bangles. She then posts on her Instagram how she ran out of wire to make bangles and shes order more and waiting for it to come in. By then I was already upset because Im watching her upload videos on Instagram of she make bangles for her booth for people that havent even paid yet and she shouldve prioritized mine. I then receive a text from her on November 11 Saturday saying that she apologizes for the delay that she will now be sending my order out on the following Monday and that she had added a surprise in there for me for the long wait. Monday then came and went I have received the order at all that week. I texted her, no response. I emailed her Sunday November 19 telling expressing to her that Im upset. She responds offering a 25% but from all this waiting I made up my mind to not order from her anymore because of this bad experience. I received my items November 21 only for them to have such poor quality and there was no surprise in there either as she promised just my poor quality bangles!
