The company built a stone yard to be used for young ****** puppies in 7/21. Approximately 22' x 26'. They were paid $9500 to build the yard. 5 months later large rocks started falling out and continue to fall out leaving large hole in the wall. Instead of rocks in one part of the wall theres a ******** can. In addition to rocks falling out the entire cap on the stone wall is cracked and obvious the cap was not thick enough. 11/21, I paid Hana Hana Pohaku $8700 to complete an entry gate with Pillars. At the present time stones are also coming out of the Pillars. In 2/22 Hana Hana Pohaku was paid $8700 to put a cement floor in the puppy yard with a slanted drain. In this process they were supposed to protect the paved driveway with boards, which they failed to do. The cement truck cracked the driveway. Despite ************************* indicating he would take care of it in a text on 4/13/22, a year later nothing has been done to address any of these issues. In 11/22 I put out an additional $1200 to have someone repair the driveway. From 4/21/22 through 5/1/23 multiple attempts to have these issues resolved were made. Copies of these text messages are available if needed. A certified letter was sent on 5/1/23 which they refused to accept. All attempted efforts have been ingnored by Hana Hana Pohaku. For the puppy yard, the front entry stone walls with gate, driveway and the cement pour for the puppy yard I paid a total of $26,900. There are apparent issues with ALL the work completed by this company. Large rocks are falling out of the puppy yard landing on very young puppies, There are large holes where the rocks are falling out, the cap is all cracked right around the entire yard and the cement pour is not level in many areas so the water could flow down the drain, instead it puddles. More recently less than a year later rocks are now coming out of the entry pillars made by Hana Hana Pohaku.
