Paid for a service for my wedding and when COVID hit I had to cancel my wedding due to the pandemic. She then refused to give me a refund and said she could do my hair and makeup at a different time I wrote her informing her a month in advanced that I would be coming to Maui for my birthday in February and she refused to make time to do my hair and makeup and has ignored my previous emails and blown me off. I just want to be refunded for services not rendered. Do not work with her she will take your money and run! My experience with this business has been horrible.

As the business owner, I would like to share a few facts in response to this review. ****, my contract clearly states my covid policy and you specifically emailed me saying you were not canceling due to covid, but rather wished to reschedule at a later date due to a family incident. I did not charge for services and take your money and run, I did however collect your non-refundable retainer at the time of securing services backed by a contracted signed and dated. I did not refuse to book your future services, but rather reached out to get your rescheduled and you asked for some space and time. 1.5 years later when I was contacted, I was not available the two dates you were requesting one month in advance. I understand how frustrating that *** be, but the facts are important. I never refused your services. You never scheduled a new date or signed my new contract. I have all of our correspondence dates and time stamped for reference as I have mentioned showing illegitimacy of your statements. As I said in emails, I wish the very best in your future endeavors and I am disappointed in our interaction via email as well. All the best, ****
