- Refund and Exchange Policy
- 1. Payment in full is required to reserve your tour date. Payments can be made with a credit card over the phone by calling (808)344-9595 or with credit card or Paypal through the company website.
2. Payments are refundable outside of 48 hours before the scheduled start time and date of the tour.
3. If Maui's Private Guide LLC is forced to cancel the tour for any reason, a full refund will be given. Allow up to 30 days for refunds to be posted to your account.
4. In the event that any deposit is made, it will be deducted from the balance due.
5. Each participant will be required to sign a Release of Liability form. Minors will require the signature of a Legal Guardian or Power Of Attorney. Release of Liability Forms can be obtained in advance by e-mailing [email protected]. - Business Categories
