Customer always has a 3 day right to cancel order and receive a full refund, minus shipping fee if the product has already been shipped. Notify us and we will give you a return authorization number if qualified. The product must be returned and received back in new condition before refund is issued. All items sold by Discover Lasers LLC carry full factory warranties. Any product received damaged or defective will be promptly replaced or repaired at no cost to the customer.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE US AND CANADA, we do not accept credit cards. All shipping prices to any country outside of North America, do NOT include any customs charges, duty charges or tax charges, which your country may charge you. To find out what your charges may be you will need to contact your local customs office. Discover Lasers LLC is not responsible for these charges. The customer will be responsible for all custom duty charges and any local and federal taxes that may be added to the shipment. Customers who decline to pay any custom duty charges will be automatically charged this rate if Customs bills Discover Lasers LLC. We offer FREE Shipping on *most items within North America. We are restricted from doing business in Nigeria, Singapore, Indonesia and some other countries as well. Foreign orders require payment via wire transfer to our corporate account at Bank of America prior to shipment of merchandise.
