- Refund and Exchange Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancel at least 7 days prior to the start of the tour for a Full Refund.
Cancel within 3 to 6 days prior to the start of the tour for a 50% Refund.
Cancel within 48 hours of the start of the tour there is No Refund.
If the cancellation is due to your cruise ship not arriving in port, we will issue you a Full Refund.
