Hammerhead need to RECALL the Hammerhead Spearguns Proteus speargun before they get **** Do not trust the safe since the gun fire by itself putting it from safe to unsafe when loaded but without pulling the trigger. The shaft does not always sit locked in the handle especially after firing frequently causing the shaft to stay load when loaded too. If you are trying to load, always stay away from your ***** since this gun have high potential for mishap. I tried to contact this company once and no reply at all for an inquiry. The gun is now used and I do not think I will get any warranty nor money back for it. Specifically, this Proteus speargun is not safe and will have a high potential to shoot someone or something by accident. There is already lots of negative review about the handle but I think the company is not willing to spend extra time and resource to correct the situation. Additionally, you cannot write Hammerhead Spearguns a review from their website unless you buy it directly from them.
