    Aloha - I am a property manager for *********** Plaza where a new sewage treatment plant is being installed. We are at the end of the project and the engineer, *********************** is refusing to sign off on the **** of ****** certificates unless we pay him an additional $5,000. We have requested an itemized list of what justifies this expense and he threatens to increase the price further in response.

    Thank you for contacting me regarding the complaint assigned an ID of ********. I appreciate the process the BBB uses to handle, close, and report customer complaints. In response, I have not provided the
    necessary services to complete the project because *********** Plaza has refused to ********* for those services or pay me for certain services that I have already provided for the project.  Unfortunately, I am
    unable to provide any additional services to *********** Plaza until and unless I receive a retainer from *********** Plaza to ensure payment for those services. Please let me know if you need additional information or documentation.

    Im reaching out in response the most recent communication on case #********.  

    JPE (***********************) is the engineer that was hired to facilitate construction on the new sewage treatment plant for *********** **************** that the work has been completed, *** is demanding another installment of cash (The number keeps increasing) to sign off on the required ********** of ****** documents.  

    Please let me know what steps the BBB is going to take from here so I can notify the Board of the status.
