            We went on the Na Pali Eco Tour with Kauai Sea Riders on 6/8/21. Besides the fact that our children had ill fitting snorkel equipment that had to be adjusted repeatedly, we were disappointed that appropriate safety gear was not available to both adults on the trip. We prefer to use flotation vests/belts for snorkeling and only one belt was available for 2 adults. The alternatives offered were a life preserver ring or boogie board. This is not as safe as having something attached to your body and not a suitable option for us. My husband tried to snorkel with only the life preserver ring and was clearly uncomfortable which made me give him the one flotation belt that was available. As a result, I was unable to snorkel during the trip and did not want my husband to have to shorten his snorkeling experience because of lack of proper equipment for both of us. I requested a refund for one adult of $150 plus taxes and fees but the company has refused my request by email.
